Important Note on Installing the Exhaust System
To ensure that the rear muffler fits perfectly and that the entire exhaust system (exhaust pipe and rear muffler) can be installed without tension, please be sure to follow these steps:

Preparation: Remove the existing rear silencer and first loosen all screws on the silencer as well as all screws on the exhaust manifold and the mounts on the frame. The entire system must remain movable for the installation of the rear silencer.

Alignment: Slide the carbon rear silencer onto the manifold and align the silencer bracket as well as the exhaust bulb brackets.

Tightening Step by Step: Now begin by lightly hand-tightening the boltsits best to start at the front of the exhaust manifold and work your way back toward the rear muffler.

Final Assembly: Make sure there is no stress on any part of the exhaust system (especially on the end muffler clamp). Then tighten all bolts one by one and evenly to the torque specified by the manufacturer.
Note: A stress-free installation prevents cracks and leaks and significantly extends the service life of the material.
