VHM CARBON AIR FLOW KIT BY VHM
Designed for optimal airflow and made from genuine carbon fiber. When the engine is running and temperatures rise, the rubber in your airbox typically warps. This is due to the high temperatures, which cause the rubber to soften, resulting in even less-than-optimal airflow. Our carbon intake prevents the airbox from warping and ensures optimal airflow.
Installing the intake
1. Remove the air filter cover.
2. Be sure to wear gloves and use innotec tape.
3. Apply adhesive to the inside of the airbox rubber. DO NOT apply adhesive to the intake itself; instead, squeeze out any excess adhesive as you insert the intake into the rubber.
4. Hold the inlet in one hand with the aluminum label facing you. Make small twisting motions while pressing the inlet into the airbox rubber.
5. Make sure the inlet fits snugly through the end and isnt crooked.
6. Remove any excess adhesive and let it dry for a day.
7. Install the air filter holder and the air filter cover before riding.
8. If you need to clean your motorcycle, you can install an airbox cover.
