VHM CYLINDER HEAD

Thanks to its many years of experience in two-stroke tuning, VHM has been able to develop a high-quality cylinder head.

Each cylinder head features different combustion chambers, each of which produces a specific power delivery profile for the engine. This allows the engine characteristics and power delivery to be quickly and easily optimized to meet specific needs, such as the track, terrain, or even personal preference. There are 3 categories of combustion chambers:

• The standard combustion chamber: It delivers optimal power delivery across the entire RPM range, as developed by VHM.
• The high-compression combustion chamber: It generates more torque in the low and mid-range RPM bands. This improves the engines responsiveness and acceleration out of turns. It is therefore ideally suited for sandy terrain and shorter tracks.
• The low-compression combustion chamber: It provides better revving ability and higher peak power. This is ideal, for example, for harder terrain and longer distancesin other words, situations where top speed is the primary requirement.

Extensive testing on the dynamometer, along with the use of special aluminum alloys with high specific thermal conductivity, results in improved engine temperature performance.

The cylinder head fits any standard cylinder. The combustion chambers are suitable for both standard fuels and racing fuel.

The VHM cylinder heads are a tuning part and, as such, are intended exclusively for use in racing. Tuning parts are not permitted on street-legal vehicles and will result in the loss of the vehicles registration.
